REBOOT 2021 - 3 WEEK PROGRAM
This 3 Week program was born with our current pandemic situation in mind. My intent behind creating this program is to help create healthy body & mind habits. You will commit to 3 weeks of daily yoga and meditation, 15 of them will be lead by myself live on Zoom and if you cannot make the 8am time slot they will be available to registered participants on demand in the VIP section of my site. BEGINNER YOGA COURSE (Register only - no drop-in)
This 6-week series of classes is designed for learn the basic yoga poses given in most level beginner yoga classes in detail and in the comfort of your own home. Step by step instruction will give you confidence in your alignment and greatly enhance your knowledge of what modern day yoga poses have to offer. |

RELAX
REGISTERED ONLY SERIES: 6-Weeks My Relax series will allow you to open and harmonize your body and mind in a safe and comfortable virtual environment, leaving you feeling calm and recharged for your week ahead. This class will begin with a meditation and lead into a gentle flow to awaken your muscles and release tension, progressing into longer held poses. These longer held Yin and Restorative Yoga poses will be supported by pillows, cushions, blankets or and bolsters (blanket can be used as a bolster). Yin and Restorative Yoga poses holds to deepen your experience. Yin & Restorative poses target the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and joints bringing ease especially to hips, pelvis, and lower spine Each session will conclude with a long Savasana Relaxation or Yoga Nidra Relaxation leaving you ready for a good nights sleep and feeling re-charged for the week ahead! |
Week 1 - Hips
Week 2 - Heart Opening Week 3 - Back Body Week 4 - Front Body Week 5 - Side Body Week 6 - Twists Suggested Props: - 2 Foam Yoga Blocks - Yoga Strap - 2 Cushions or Pillows - 1 or 2 Blankets - Bolster (if you have one) If you don't have a yoga strap you can substitute with a belt. If you don't have bolster you can replace a rolled up firm blanket If you don't have any of the above we can make it work with whatever you have.
