This 3 Week virtual program was born in 2020 with our current pandemic situation in mind. My intent behind creating this program is to help create healthy body & mind habits . This was repeated in 2021 and now I am THRILLED TO BRING THIS BACK FOR 2022! This time I will be partnering with the amazing OPEN SPACE YOGA.
I have invited 2 very special guests to participate in this program. Both of these amazing professionals are dear to me and I TRUST them 100%.
The expectation of this program TO CREATE NEW HEALTHY HABITS - body and mind.
You will commit to 3 weeks of daily yoga and meditation, 15 of them will be lead by myself live on Zoom and if you cannot make the 8-8:30am time slot, I will have a few 2021 videos for you to use for practice..
You will do your own weekend yoga and meditation sessions PLUS you need to do cardio 3 times a week (self-led) to enhance your stress management and heart health.
Each Saturday we will come together in support and accountability. We start with an opening circle with Michael will have the 2 guests to help us along with tips for our journey.
