This 3 Week program was born with our current pandemic situation in mind. My intent behind creating this program is to help create healthy body & mind habits as we head into this New Year 2021.
I have invited 3 very special guests to participate in this program. All 3 of these amazing professionals are dear to me and I TRUST them 100%.
The expectation of this program TO CREATE NEW HEALTHY HABITS - body and mind.
You will commit to 3 weeks of daily yoga and meditation, 15 of them will be lead by myself live on Zoom and if you cannot make the 8am time slot they will be available to registered participants on demand in the VIP section of my site.
You will do your own weekend yoga and meditation sessions PLUS you need to do cardio 3 times a week (self-led) to enhance your stress management and heart health.
Each Saturday we will come together in support and accountability, we will have the 3 guests to help us along with tips for our journey.
BONUS: MARISA MAE Will be offering a 2 week online fitness program module for an additional $21 in week 2
