This 8-week series of classes is designed specifically for mens needs: tight hips, hamstrings and low backs.

Yoga for Men is the perfect place to start if you are new to yoga or wishing to revisit the foundations.
During the series, you’ll learn and practice the fundamental yoga poses, each session building on the previous week’s class. Your instructor, Michael will teach you how to modify the most commonly practiced poses for your ability or body type, in a friendly, non-intimidating environment.
This course is for ALL men
A YOGA MAT WILL BE REQUIRED
Additional recommended equipment: Yoga Strap and 2 x foam blocks (available inexpensively at London Drugs, Winners or Amazon).
For over 15 years, I have found yoga to be a path of the most profound personal exploration, I am devoted to sharing the spirit and joy of yoga and mindfulness meditation in my classes. I aim to teach yoga in a fun, friendly, non-intimidating style making it accessible to all age groups and levels of ability. I owned Open Space Yoga in Ladner Village for over 12 years and now along with teaching yoga I consults for other wellness businesses.
