This 8-week series of classes is designed specifically for mens needs: tight hips, hamstrings and low backs.
Yoga for Men is the perfect place to start if you are new to yoga or wishing to revisit the foundations.
During the series, you’ll learn and practice the fundamental yoga poses, each session building on the previous week’s class. Your instructor, Michael will teach you how to modify the most commonly practiced poses for your ability or body type, in a friendly, non-intimidating environment.
This course is for ALL men!

In Yoga Nidra we try to stay awake and consciousness to the process of relaxation as we move through the body parts. It is to be practiced without falling asleep.
Be guided through a systematic relaxation, set new intentions with a visualization

The body temperature drops during relaxation, make sure you feel warm and laying on your back comfortably.
Time: 27 minutes Level: All Levels - modifications given for different abilities.
Join Michael for an all-levels gentle yoga stretch using nothing but your sofa and a couple of cushions.
In this video you will experience: - guided meditation - back stretches - hip openers - twists - chest openers - inversion - guided relaxation (savasana)
